Counselling and Psychotherapy
$160
Individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions to support your growth and move through challenges. Counselling refers to short-term focused work usually 6-10 sessions, to address a specific issue. Psychotherapy on the other hand, is longer-term and deeper, 10+ sessions. I have training and experience in working with following mental health presentations: trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, identity difficulties, life transitions, separation/divorce, use or experience of violence in relationships and expat/migrant issues.
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Supervision
I offer both individual and group supervision for clinicians developing their practice as psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) therapists. This work supports practitioners and clinical teams to deepen their understanding and refine their approach across all phases of treatment, including preparation, dosing, and integration. Supervision provides a space to strengthen clinical skill, explore therapeutic stance, and thoughtfully engage with the unique relational, ethical, and embodied dimensions of psychedelic work.
I support clinicians to develop confidence and competence in working with non-ordinary states, navigating complex clinical material, and tailoring interventions to meet the needs of each participant. Alongside case consultation and skills development, I place a strong emphasis on reflective practice, creating space for clinicians to explore transference and countertransference, process challenges, consider questions of meaning and ethics, and deepen their own self-awareness as practitioners. My approach to supervision is collaborative, relational, and grounded in supporting both clinical rigor and the personal development that this work invites.
Psychedelic Integration
$160
Psychedelic integration therapy is a therapeutic process designed to help you make sense of and incorporate insights, emotions, or experiences that arise during a psychedelic experience. After a psychedelic journey, whether in a clinical setting or a personal context, you may encounter profound realisations, challenging emotions, or spiritual insights. Integration therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore these experiences, helping you to understand their meaning and apply them to everyday life. The goal is to ensure that the insights gained lead to positive, lasting changes in mental health, relationships, or personal growth, rather than leaving you feeling overwhelmed or confused.
